Nivyanin is a quiet village 40 km from town of Vratsa and 150 km from Sofia without ethnical minorities. The property is a little bit aside from the center at the end of the village.
The house is with a ground floor and a first floor.
The ground floor has a corridor, a kitchen, a bedroom and a basement.
The first floor is with a corridor, two bedrooms and a stockroom. On the floor there is a terrace in two levels.
Each floor is 50 sq.m. and as a whole is in very good condition, with stone foundations, massive bricks and a steady roof.
The rooms need small repair work and repainting, which could be made by the neighbor also. He is living in the house across the street and he could do the work for about 800 Euro.
There is water, electricity and a draw-well in the yard. The yard has an impressive size of 4000 sq.m.
Close by the house there is a brick farm building.
The price for a yard with these dimensions and a massive house with an additional building is remarkably low. In spite of this it is under consideration.
